Daughters of the Diaspora, Inc. is a 501c (3) non-profit organization dedicated to the well-being and health of adolescent girls around the African diaspora. Your donation will support girls in Philadelphia, New York City and Apam, Ghana learn about sexual health and self-esteem.
Through our Kaffeeklatsch program, girls learn in small intimate class settings with black female medical students. Our Summits reach a larger group of girls in a day of medical student- and community women-led workshops that incorporate our curriculum with other empowerment lessons.
